Required Documents

Revive Nepal Pvt. Ltd is an authorized, registered recruitment agency, with proper licenses from the Government of Nepal, requires following things from the overseas clients who decide to recruit manpower from Nepal, enter into the proper formal agreements with them.

A Demand Letter favoring Continental is required, and for further details with regard to the documentation, after the initial discussion, the following documents are required to meet the requirements of the Labour Ministry of Nepal, and to take permission for manpower recruitment through advertisement in the newspapers.

Demand Letter
A copy of demand letter from the employer containing details of the vacancy demand. The demand should specify the type of worker required, nature and the number of workers, wages/salary, qualification, experience and other terms and conditions of services and benefits, which the employer would like to offer. (To be given in annex). This document is as above.

Power of Attorney
A copy of Power of Attorney issued by the foreign employer in favor of the recruiting agent to act on his behalf. This document has to be attested by the notary/ Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy in the concerned country.
Employment Contract Paper
A specimen copy of employment contract or service agreement mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including accommodation, food, medical, food, medical facilities, leave, etc. This document has to be attested by the notary/ Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy in the concerned country.

Guarantee Letter
A letter issued by the employer in favor of the Director General, Department of Labor, Kathmandu, Nepal, mentioning the guarantee of workers to work in the same company as per agreement and will not be transferred to any other company. This document has to be attested by the notary/ Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy in the concerned country.

Agency Agreement
This is an agreement between the employer & the recruiting agency mentioning different terms & conditions regarding recruitment of manpower from Nepal between the above mentioned two partners. This document has to be attested by the notary/ Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy in the concerned country.

KHEDN
This is the document issued by the immigration department in Malaysia. This is prepared in Malaysian language & then translated in English. Attested copy of the Malaysian as well as original copy duly attested in English is required along with all other above mentioned documents. This is only required from Malaysia. This document has to be attested by the notary/ Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy in the concerned country.

 
Consular Letter
This letter is required only in case of Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, for the recruitment of manpower from Nepal to Saudi Arabia.

Note: The Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labor or Embassy of Nepal in the country of employment must attest all the above-mentioned documents.
